What is the deadline to request a refund?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

What are the conditions to be eligible for a refund?

  • The product must be new and unused
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) from our customer service team
  • The return must be made within 30 days of receipt

Are there any exceptions?

What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase required.

What are the delivery times?

Orders placed before 2:00pm (local GMT time): Any order placed before this time will be processed the same day.

Processing time: Our team takes 1–2 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, your parcel usually arrives within 3–5 business days.

UK delivery: 4–7 business days

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

What if my delivery is delayed?
